hello, I'm Ada Karina Theel, Broker owner of Happy Homes Realty. I have Graduated as a Laboratory technician in Peru and also attended a private university in Lima Peru for 2 years, worked as salesperson of different companies and also had my own computer business. I came to Emporia in May 2005, and married the same summer to my husband David Theel.  David is an Emporia native, and works at Theel Insurance and  Financial Services. We like to repair homes to sell or rent,  hence the taste for Real Estate, we also love to travel and enjoy the outdoors. I started working in Real estate in May 2007, my mission is to help customers by dealing honestly, doing my best and using my professional knowledge. I am a member of the Kansas Association of Realtors, Emporia Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtor. I am Emporia MLS member, I can Show you any House with any sign. I speak 3 languages Spanish, English and some Japanese.
